About Me
I am a Spanish language professional that specializes in teaching, translation and bilingualism.
A native from Southern California, I graduated from San Diego State University (SDSU) with a Master’s Degree in Spanish and a BA in International Business specializing in Western Europe with a minor in German. I also hold a Professional Certificate in Translation and Interpretation (English/Spanish) from the University of California San Diego (UCSD).
I lived in Spain and married a Spaniard in 2010. I now live in Southern California with my husband, two daughters and our German Shepherd.
As a native English speaker myself, I know where you are coming from when trying to learn Spanish. I understand the challenges and pain points that English speakers face. I have been there!
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I have been able to devise unique teaching methods and approaches to help students learn practical Spanish in a simple and intuitive way, enabling them to have the tools necessary to navigate effectively the ‘real’ world of communication in Spanish.

How does it work?
Click on the meeting type you would like to book: 20 min, 30 min or 60 min. Reserve a time slot that is convenient for you and make your payment.
An email confirmation with a the meeting link will be sent to you.
On the day of the meeting simply use the link within the email to launch the online meeting tool at the scheduled time.
If you want to book a package you will have access to a link that will allow you to reserve time slots that are convenient for you for each lesson upon purchasing the package. -
What can I do during my private online lesson?
You can use your one-on-one time to practice your Spanish conversational skills, go in depth into a particular topic or ask any questions you may have.
When you book your meeting please include what you would like to cover or go over in the description fields provided in the registration form. -
None of the times/length of lessons offered work for me. What can I do?
If you require a custom amount of time or a different type of arrangement, please feel free to email me to discuss alternative options.

How much does it cost?
We currently offer 3 different types of individual one in one meetings:
-20 min meeting for $20
-30 min meeting for $30
-60 min meeting for $60
We also offer discounted 5 or 10 lesson packages at $275 or $500 respectively. -
Can I cancel my booking and get refund?
Yes, you may cancel your booking at any time before 24 hours of your booking time and get a full refund.
If you have booked a package, you may cancel your package and get a full refund minus a 5% processing fee if you have not started your package.
If you have started your package you can get a refund for each remaining unused lesson.
Meetings canceled within 24 hours of the booked time are not refundable. -
How far in advance can I book?
You can book meetings up to 30 days in advance
