Course Cancellations & Refund Policy for Online Courses

Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. You can request a full refund within 5 days of payment unless you have started the course.
  2. Once you have begun the course, you may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of enrollment AND if you have accessed less than 25% of the course contents. In these cases, you will receive a credit in the form of a coupon which can be used towards a future online course within 12 months. A 10% of the course fee will be charged as an administrative fee.

  4. While we will make every effort to process refunds as soon as possible, any refund may take up to 30 days to process from the refund request date.

Private Lesson Cancellations & Refund Policy for Private Lessons

Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. You may cancel your booking at any time before 24 hours of your booking time and get a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. 
  2. Meetings canceled within 24 hours of the booked time are not refundable.
  3. All refund requests should be sent to [email protected]
  4. While we will make every effort to process refunds as soon as possible, any refund may take up to 30 days to process from the refund request date.
